Two (2) Precision Steel Subplates: We made these in-house, on this very machine, to ensure perfect accuracy. Each pallet comes with its own subplate, featuring precisely tapped and reamed holes (with threads at the bottom) for robust and repeatable workholding.

1200 PSI Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC): A must-have for deep drilling and efficient chip evacuation in production environments.

Chip Conveyor: Keep your work area clean and your production uninterrupted.

Five (5) CAT40 Tool Holders: Get started making parts immediately. These holders alone are a significant value (easily $300+ each if bought new).
Full Transparency (What it Needs)
We believe in full disclosure. This machine has been a great asset, but it's not brand new and has its quirks. It has been decommissioned for about a year, so you should expect the following:

Dead Batteries: The control batteries are likely dead. We are including the full backup parameters disk so you can easily reload them and get the machine running.

Pallet Changer Needs Adjustment: The pallet changer will need to be dialed in and adjusted to run smoothly.

Servo Amp Warm-Up: The pallet changer servo amp needs a few minutes to warm up before it will run. This has been a known quirk. To solve this, we are including a spare, additional servo amp that can be installed to replace the current one.
